Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the National Career & Recruitment Platform (NCRP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

NCRP is operated by the Ministry of Establishment, Government of Pakistan. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Government of Pakistan regarding your use of the platform.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of NCRP, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify NCRP immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create multiple accounts or use another person's account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Registration requires a valid CNIC number and email address.

3. User Obligations

As a user of NCRP, you agree to:

• Provide true and accurate information in all applications and submissions
• Not submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents
• Not attempt to manipulate the eligibility checking or matching systems
• Not use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with platform operations
• Comply with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations

Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension, disqualification from active applications, and referral to relevant authorities for legal action.

4. Application Submissions

When you submit an application through NCRP:

• You certify that all information provided is true and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You authorise NCRP to verify your credentials with educational institutions and previous employers
• You understand that providing false information may result in disqualification and legal consequences under Section 182 of the Pakistan Penal Code
• Your application is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the recruiting department or commission

5. Intellectual Property

NCRP and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Government of Pakistan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The platform's source code is published under an open-source license as specified in the repository.

Users retain ownership of the personal data and documents they upload to NCRP, while granting the platform a license to process this data for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

NCRP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Government of Pakistan makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Government of Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, missed application deadlines, or eligibility determination outcomes.

7. Modifications to Terms

NCRP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Users will be notified of material changes via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
