Our Mission
The National Career and Recruitment Platform (NCRP) is the Government of Pakistan's unified digital gateway for public-sector employment. Our mission is to make government job discovery, eligibility checking, application submission, and exam preparation accessible to every citizen — transparently, efficiently, and equitably.
By consolidating recruitment processes across federal and provincial services into a single platform, NCRP reduces duplication, eliminates paper-based workflows, and ensures that merit remains the cornerstone of public-sector hiring in Pakistan.

NCRP provides a comprehensive suite of services for job seekers:
- Job Discovery — Browse and search all open government positions across federal and provincial departments, with advanced filters by BPS grade, department, location, and eligibility.
- AI-Powered Eligibility — Instantly check your eligibility against any vacancy's requirements, with transparent, citation-backed explanations for every criterion.
- Smart Application — Apply to positions with auto-filled profiles, document upload, and real-time application tracking.
- Personalized Matching — Receive AI-curated job recommendations based on your education, experience, domicile, and qualifications.
- Practice & Preparation — Take adaptive practice tests aligned with FPSC, PPSC, SPSC, KPPSC, BPSC, and NTS examination patterns.
- AI Copilot — Ask questions about eligibility rules, quotas, exam syllabi, and application procedures, with answers grounded in official regulations.
Our Principles
Transparency

NCRP is developed and maintained under the oversight of the Ministry of Establishment, Government of Pakistan, in consultation with the Federal Public Service Commission, Provincial Public Service Commissions, and the National Testing Service.
The platform is open-source, with its codebase subject to independent security audits and accessibility reviews. All recruitment data published on NCRP is sourced from official government gazettes and departmental announcements.
